Hi, I am Meriel Glysson Longway.


I created this course because when I became pregnant I felt lost about what to do or eat for the health of my baby or what to expect of birth and postpartum.


My practitioner was great at making sure my baby was healhty and growing properly but I was left to figure out the rest, what to eat, how to exercise, how to prepare for birth and postpartum. And after talking to other mama's I realized I wasn't alone.


I became a Certified Health Coach with a mission to research and share my knowledge to help other pregnant women feel not so lost. I want to support positive change, reduce pregnancy stress, and promote wellness in pregnancy, birth and beyond with baby.
