Hi, I’m Meriel Glysson Longway


I created this program because when I became pregnant I felt lost about what to do or eat for the health of my baby or what to expect of birth and postpartum.


My OB was great at making sure my baby way growing properly but I was left to figure out the rest and I realized I wasn't alone.


I became a Certified Health Coach with a mission to research and share my knowledge to help other pregnant women like me not feel so lost. I want to support positive change for you and your baby's wellness, reduce pregnancy stress, and promote confidence in your pregnancy, birth and beyond with baby.
